Mexico Mission Penny Drive Update!
Thank you again for supporting the Mexico Mission Trip by participating in our Penny Drive.  We were able to purchase a stove and propane tank for the family to cook with, groceries that included large sacks of rice and beans, and fresh fruit.

This family was poorer than other families previous teams had helped.  The husband had been out of work for awhile and consequently had to sell the family car and ended up two months behind in their rent.  Thankfully, the husband did get a job recently but has to walk to work and that takes him a couple of hours each way!  Our team was able to bless this family with $500 cash to use on their back rent and other pressing needs.
Please know that although you might not have physically gone on this mission trip, you have given this family a new lease on life and shared the love of Christ through your giving!

Saying Good-bye to a Few of Our Specialty Teachers...

DOG FOR FREE ADOPTION: dog"Grizzly"
Female (fixed), pure breed LEONBERGER (valuable dog), 4 years old, house broken, up to date on all her shots. Known as the gentle giant.  This dog is large but has a huge heart.  Excellent disposition, well mannered, gentle, and just wants to lay at your feet and cuddle with you. Would love to go walking or running with you, also loves to swim. Excellent with children and other animals.  Natural protective instinct, good guard dog.  Does not bark excessively.  It breaks our heart to leave this dog behind, she is definitely part or our family and would become a part of yours.

CAT FOR FREE ADOPTION: "Munchkin"
Female (fixed), lap cat approximately 1.5 years old, has received all her shots. This cat is a lover, just wants to lay in your lap and purr. Uses litter box. Found her at Shorewood originally...beautiful cat.
